All our building packages are pre-designed and ready for permitting. We provide all the construction documents required to pull a permit* as well as provide the materials and labor to complete the install. Each of these buildings come with all the materials required to complete the construction of the exterior shell and has options for us to complete the building pad grading and final grading. If you’d like to use these buildings as a starting point and add interior finishes, we would be happy to work with you on that and get them quoted appropriately.

What’s In a CPFS Building Package

Every building comes with the same base features. Each one includes:
  • Vinyl gliding windows
  • Light commercial slab doors with locksets
  • Commercial raised panel insulated overhead doors
  • 26 ga metal exposed fastener ag panel for both siding and roofing with a 40 year paint warranty
  • 29 ga trims
  • Closures that prevent moisture from entering under the trims and roof planes
  • A woven home wrap weather barrier on the walls
  • A radiant insulation barrier on the roof

How CPFS Building Packages Work

Look through the building packages we’ve built out above and choose one that fits your budget and needs. Each building can be clicked on to view additional information about that building and all of its specifications. Once you’ve got one picked out, click the learn more button and fill out the basic information about yourself, your location, and put in the notes that you’re interested in that specific building package and we’ll be in contact with you to answer all of your questions and get started on the process.

Make it your own

One of the advantages to post frame construction is entry doors and windows can generally be moved around without affecting the price of the building. This is true for overhead doors 10’ wide and narrower as well. If you have a wider door, the cost may go up a little bit to accommodate a larger truss carrier for over that doorway depending on the circumstances. Simply take our floor plan, pencil in where you’d like to see the doors and windows, and we can get you an updated price and 3D rendering of what that would be.

Change The Colors

The color schemes of these buildings can all be changed at no extra cost. We have a variety of colors available so let us know in the questionnaire if you’d like to see the building in a different color scheme and we’ll get that over to you!
