What You Get With This Package

When you buy a pre-designed package you get all of the necessary construction documents, materials to construct the building, and the building installed by our in-house team of installers. You will also receive all of the applicable manufacturer warranties as well as a 2 year labor warranty from CPFS that will protect your building.

What You Will Need To Do

You are responsible for providing a prepared building pad that is at least 10’ larger in each direction than the building is sized. This extra space allows for the safe use of necessary equipment that ensures the quick and accurate install of your structure.

What This Does Not Include

This does not include any concrete pouring, utility install, interior finish, and anything not listed above. You can reach out to some local contractors for quotes on those or we can quote them separately if you’d like us to handle the general contracting of that aspect of the project for you.

How Much Does The Travelers Dream Cost?

Optional Things We Can Provide For You

For an additional fee we are able to provide all of the necessary grading your project will need. Because every property is different, we will have to quote each project individually. What we provide with the grading is a completed building pad and final grade which is required to get the final inspection from the governing body.

We are also able to pull the necessary permits to complete the scope of work that we provide. This is a flat rate of $200, non-refundable, plus the cost of the permit. If you choose to have any other trades come in, i.e. electrical, plumbing, etc., those contractors will need to pull their own permits.
